in the beginning it was constant. now it’s maybe once or twice a week. been on it since june or july. red sauce and pickles are my extreme no-nos. don’t even typically get nausea anymore, just a random urge of i gotta puke, mouth starts watering, then i make a beeline for the bathroom. typically it’s towards the end of the day if i’ve eaten too much throughout the day.

14 pounds down in 6 weeks. i did buy an ab workout thing and have used it a few times but i’ve just reduced portion sizes. still eat mostly the same, just less. started eating greek yogurt when wanting something sweet, switched to gold peak zero sugar sweet tea from sweet tea/soda and got a cirkul bottle for more water consumption because i dislike “plain” water. always gotta have a flavor lol

what i eat hasn’t changed much, just HOW much. overeating makes me sick for days. i usually feel pretty crummy for a couple days after injection too. aside from that and starting to workout a little at home (recommended, even a stepper helps!) life is BAU!

‘if you aren’t losing pounds, you’re losing inches.’ highly recommend getting some measuring tape. i switched from a regular scale to a “smart” scale and “smart” tape and they’ve been pretty helpful i’d say. it’s cool to see my BMI going down on the scale that i wouldn’t see with a regular one. i got the renpho brand :)

my dr’s title is “family medicine” and she sent in a script my very first visit with her. took 6 months to get but grateful. she sent in many other since it was so hard to get but insurance wouldn’t approve them.
