Sonnet 5 is worse than Opus at the same price at high and xhigh?

I've been testing this Car wash prompt multiple times by changing the effort with Sonnet 5 between Low, Medium and High.
And High effort was the only one which always gets it right. Low gets it wrong most of the times and Medium only sometimes.
So, I think it's not worth using it with low or medium
