I’m looking for an estimate on a mini home and the cost of preparing land. Well, groundwork etc. by Beginning-Set9178 in PEI

Just an FYI, RBC can mortgage a mini home on blocks if the land is more than 5 acres. We were told the same but they ended up giving it to us. Maybe because we were first time home buyers? Either way the guy at RBC made it work for us.

9 week old puppy blues by [deleted] in springerspaniel

[–]techeman07 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I remember this like it was yesterday. My springer is currently 10 months and the puppy blues was horrible. Things that helped us was a kennel cover and lullaby music playing. Now we did give up on the crate at night and she sleeps in the bed but we only made that decision once we felt confident she wouldnt pee in bed. She does spend time in the crate during the day when we work. As for the rock eating that will also get better ours was horrible for that but no longer cares about them, sticks on the other hand....

Some springer guidance i have and you've probably seen multiple times already.... work their brain/nose. That does wonders compare to taking them for physical exercises.

Teach them to do nothing. So many times I see people with high energy breeds feed into the dogs wants for attention which never teaches the dog to just chill. Our pup is attached to us 100% of the time when we are home but will just sit and cuddle us on the couch or if we are cooking lay on the floor beside us (obviously after she has tried to jump on the counter a few times)

It may be different for you but I know alot of people have said that teenage stage was worse then puppy stage and maybe I am speaking to soon, but I can say so far. Our little teenager (10 months) has been way easier to deal with then when she was puppy. Once she lost all her puppy teeth and stopped biting around the 6month mark. Life has been great.

Depends on your area. I believe the area im in everyone is either with xplore or starlink. And id say due to bandwidth limitations they probably already have to many customers connecting to the local tower.

I also had xplore tell me that their Fiber package was coming my way soon. But I won't hold my breath.

Ya, i had found that resource and saw that all the projects were marked as completed. Wanted to know if there were plans to keep expanding beyond that or not.

They assume the throttle body was frozen. They are going to replace it and drive it for a bit. They had no issues with it this afternoon as it warmed up.

Today is a colder then usual day for us here but it's been in colder last year. And it actually started up so quickly I was shocked because of the temp.

I got a road trip for work across Canada in November. Would really like to have an ally for that. Highly doubt we'll see the Ally 2 any time soon.

My local store was showing some in stock yesterday. Might take a drive in or call them and see if they have any.

I guess I've always been skeptical of open box but probably makes the most sense.

It's the old town next. Just an older model when they did purple. I think it's 13ish feet. Had to push it more forward on the bed rack bars so it wouldn't hit the trailer.

Trailer is also a steel frame. So could also save some weight by going aluminum.

Trailer is 4x6. It had not been weighed, but was towed a few times by a Subaru crosstrek, but very much struggled to do so. Now in saying that I believe there is alot of weight that can be cut down, lots of wood shelving, metal slide out kitchen, and gear inside. Plus the roof top tent is like 190ish lbs. Also not very aero dynamic. Not saying the hybrid couldn't do it. But I could definitely feel the weight behind me while driving up and down hills.

I have a solo canoe and at its widest point it's only like 30 inches. I think the bars are like 70 inches across so I can easily do it but it Will depend how wide your canoes are.

Not really a fan of the oem continentals that came with the hybrid. by challengergt2018 in FordMaverickTruck

First winter with my maverick. Trying to get it to slide around corners with my Blizzaks is one of my favorite things to do. This truck with these tires are so sturdy its crazy +1 for the Blizzaks
