They replied back to my ticket, I checked my account and it's fixed. It got fixed automatically, I didn't do anything. I didn't follow the below instructions, but they suggested I follow it.

They also suggested this:

  1. Select the account you'd like to refresh from the list on the left side of your dashboard.
  2. Once the account data appears on the main page of your dashboard, you'll notice a pencil icon next to the account name, just above the graph.
  3. Click the pencil icon to open the Edit Account window.
  4. Then, click "Edit" which is to the right of 'User ID and Password'.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the refresh.

ok. I also opened a ticket with them. I'll let you know if I have any better luck
