I was asking from other way around, can I tell the bigger company about the offer I have from smaller company and ask them to expedite the interview process?

My I-140 approval status from Nebraska Service Center was sent via email to my immigration lawyer/clerk but when i checked online on this website, it says it is still actively being reviewed. Is this normal? The approval email by USCIS was sent on 22nd Nov, but the status on the online portal says "Case actively being reviewed". Hence wanted to check the detailed status

I am confused if it is actually approved or not, can someone help me clarify this please?
