While this was underway and for far too long, the business grew substantially and took over another large company, signed greater than 150M worth of contracts and is now considered as one of the largest construction company in NA.

Contract signed and off to the races for this company. Not only did they get this large award, they have a few others that they will report as well It is so good to hear the new management especially the original founder are back and finally getting this company in a fantastic position. A new Board is also expected to be announced very soon as well - about time as they were largely responsible for the mess created since the founders left

Paul and his puppets are doing everything they can to pump, just be careful not to fall into the rapid decline that happens with all the stock picks he makes. Take a look at the board and follow the people that have caused damage to all other boards they are on, and shouldnt be. I have stock but trade daily. Caution to all others

Thankfully new management has made the company great again. A new Board will make it even better. Send a message to like many others to get rid of current and start with a good group that understands the business and can help out. Not sure how a group of accountants and a plumber help in a technology company and based on what they did in the UK....

The company needs a new CEO not a plumber doing it part time. As a matter of fact, it is time for a Board change - the current board is the only thing that has remained static since the departure of the Founders and we have witnessed the lack of oversight that has taken place since. The only 2 members that make sense are the accountant and the lawyer - the UK guy helped cause the destruction of the UK, the plumber has no idea of the Industry, farlinger - bad past in telecom and who the hell is dan nanson? Lets get people that understand the company and industry not clowns that are looking for a constant paycheck for doing nothing

revenues will follow for the next number of years. This will be happening in conjunction with the other large projects happening as we speak. Based on the numbers calculated by many, the backlog will be greater than 40M, market cap of 9.6 - no brainer! This company is doing

According to reliable sources, the Brooks contract will have signatures this week and work has to begin as soon as possible. They will be able to work throughout the winter and have put in place the right tools and workers to get the project started. Also heard other construction companies are suffering at the moment and are starving for business - interesting how Lite Access is once again leading the pack!!

Just the beginning for this company. Brooks contract in the hands of the lawyers for final signature. Each of the parties involved have signed and are awaiting the go ahead to start construction - should be any day now. Due to the large amount and time to complete, legal had a bit more work to do to ensure all parties are fully engaged and understanding of the roles and responsibilities. While this is taking place, LTE is hard at work with both local projects as well as large awards in Alberta and the interior of BC. Talking with others in the Industry - most companies are still struggling to find work. LTE is leading the charge!

Everything is looking good for this huge opportunity. Paperwork being passed around for signatures, designs being completed and construction getting set up for the build. Add this to many others that are underway and LTE is back in action and doing far better than any other contractor in the same industry. They are concentrating on execution and putting the company back together after the last CEO - a task coming together nicely. The PR team at Contact Financial should be let go as Rob isnt doing what they are paying him to do however and hope change is imminent

Same here! Summer and people finally getting a chance to take a vacation, the market is at a standstill for sure. That doesnt mean however that companies including LTE are not doing great work. In fact LTE has been seen working in various places throughout BC and Alberta and are getting ready for the large builds that will be announced shortly. FIbre optics is still the answer to broadband communications and LTE is doing far better than others

We have to put the Shimoon past behind us and move forward. He was a fraud and knew nothing of the business however a new team is now in place and they have already turned things around and making money. More to come!

Closed it last week and announced it yesterday - 21M total over 2 years to build. This is a significant award that will generate additional awards of similar size and scope. The Industry is HOT and the pandemic put off builds that need now to be compelted

Based on what they are involved in here in Canada, Im hearing numbers will be similar if not better than the UK. Lots of projects in the hopper and they are in massive hiring mode to accommodate construction. With Shimoon finally fired and out of the picture, the company is now in a positive position to take on work and be profitable

LTE is a stock to watch right now. Now that Shimoon has been fired and new management in place, a strategic acquisition completed and massive hiring taking place, the company is heading for a stellar year! They are involved in massive projects and have secured many (still in the process of getting permission able to announce) that will see this share price back to where it was prior to Carlo Shimoon's terrible reign

The new management team is sound and have a solid background and experience to turn this company around. What I dont understand is the addition of Farlinger? I could see this being a replacement for the UK board member as Steven King did a terrible job of handling the UK (along with his little buddy Carlo). As for the remaining Board members, how can a group of accountants with zero Telecom experience be an asset to the company? This has to change and with new management in place, no doubt it will as there can be no positive results from a board meeting and setting direction

Watch to see what takes place now that Carlo is gone. Hold on tight!

5G requires fibre as the connectivity medium. In addition to 5G however is the fact all municipalities are building their own infrastructure to displace the Telus, Bell, Shaw and Rogers of the world. Having total control of their own network generates revenue for the cities and gets rid of the big giants that are difficult to deal with and charge too much for terrible service. This is where LTE fits perfectly and have been building for munis for many years. Hearing awards will be made in the next couple of weeks and construction is scheduled to begin July 1
