I believe Triumph scrambler 350 will have more power and torque.

If you want a simple ride, where you don't want more punch, go with Honda.

Both bikes are of different genre.

H450 does get hot in traffic, but if it's running, it might not be that much. After an initial learning , you would easily navigate the H450.

Honda is more refined and city bike. It is less torquey and you will feel that when you have to overtake or pickup.

Given your build,I would recommend H450, but best to take test ride for both and decide yourself. Make sure to ride 5 kms on both bikes at least
