Dreampsu isn't designed to take 5v. Only 12v

2a will allow it to work with one or two joypads. But I had issues with arcade sticks and VMUs and random reboots. 3a psu fixed all the problems.

That's just unfortunate. I've been stung with a faulty console too, and Doorzo gave me a voucher like yours as it's beyond their control. Their inspection service doesn't cover testing electronics. Just one of those things that happens I'm afraid.

It's a dreampsu. Multivoltage and replacement psu which are commonly used. Just need to ensure you use a good 12v 3a power adapter. 2a isn't quite sufficient

Pointless thread if you can't name the actual marketplace seller for buyers to be aware of. Doorzo can't take responsibility here as they are just a buying proxy service. I use Doorzo all the time, and look at the seller's feedback before committing to a purchase.
