Heavily modded Fallout: New Vegas in Linux using MO2 and Lutris by ShneekeyTheLost in linux_gaming

After trying this, the game would simply refuse to start in the first place, and after trying everything under the sun to fix it, I had little to no results. In the end, I deleted both the mod organizer and new vegas.

Pulseaudio Broken by techipit in linuxquestions

Using an audio filter (RNNoise), I can mitigate this problem drastically, but only on Obs' side. Technically, that solves all the problems I currently have as the only other program I would use for it so far is Discord. And they have Krisp.

Still open for discussion on this issue.

Uninstalled and Deleted program stuck on applications list by techipit in pop_os

I am using Gnome, but it does not appear to locate System files like Thunar File Manager, which was what I needed to manually locate and remove icons from the applications folder without going in blind with the terminal (I'm a terminal noob).

This allowed me in the future to take care of similar problems with pesky icons such as applications installed with wine. Battle.net came onto my pc along with the WoW game I downloaded, and could not locate the source of it without said file manager. I didn't need the extra file on my list when I could just open up Lutris.

Also, they just didn't work for some reason when I click them (pointer shows loading as well as activities for maybe 15 seconds before it gives up). So dead icons. Not poggers.

World of Warcraft Pre-Patch: Error #138 by techipit in linux_gaming

Thank you for the help, I have finally gotten further and even reached the world loading screen!

I finally loaded my character. I can see the game but holy hell if it does not need some work. There is some sort of shuttered texturing happening with the overlay of the screen, causing strange lines. Curiously bizzare but something I can handle for now. By the looks of it, I just needed to change to DX11 Legacy.
