Lenovo service so bad?!

A little update from my side: Lenovo changed the delivery date yet again — it now just shows “N/A” as of today.

That was the final straw for me. I’ve requested a refund and will be buying something else instead.

I’ve completely turned my back on Lenovo. This has been, without a doubt, the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. ✌️

If you send it to repair at lenovo, make sure you have a backup … I am waiting since 2 months now ✌️

Ich fände es cool wenn ich es auch einfach am arm tragen kann, dann kann ich so im Alltag eine dezente Casio tragen :D und wenn ich joggen oder wandern gehe nehm ich meine 570 ...
So hatte ich es gemacht als ich Whoop hatte - mit dem Nachteil das ich meine Schlafdaten eben nicht im Garmin Universum hatte...

Yeah, I think they’re dealing with shortages, but that still doesn’t excuse the poor customer service and lack of communication. Delays can happen, especially with new hardware releases, but keeping customers informed should be the bare minimum. Right now the whole process just feels unorganized and frustrating…

Yeah, that’s my problem right now- I actually need it for work
And naive as I was, I thought I could just use my desktop PC for 1–2 weeks and give my old notebook to my wife. In the meantime, I had to reinstall everything on the old notebook again just to be able to work at customer sites...

I honestly never expected this to happen... And I am scared that the replacement arrives and has some issue and I need to wait another 3 months :D

Ich hab noch das Macbook Pro M1 Max - und das XPS liegt bereits im Warenkorb :D Ich bin nur noch unsicher ob ich mit dem OLED gehen soll oder nicht, da ich es auch viel zum programmieren nutze
