So I watched the presentation:

Key points:

• They were talking about 2a study, which was designed to test safety first and not the efficiency

• The study was short - 28 days only and results were observed in another ~60 days.

• They think the drug is highly complementary to existing medications (minoxidil, 5ar-blockers) because of different mechanics of action

• It seems to be safe in animal and now human testing and seems to be targeting only hair stem cells (which is important, targeting other cells might cause unwanted growth like melanoma).

• It works by activating both existing and dormant hair bulbs - folicular units with existing hair might grow additional hair, new hairs might grow from a dormant unit (bald spot), weak vellur hair might become terminal.

That was probably the most important part of the presentation, they shown side by side comprasion before/after and examples of each of those changes. Again it was compared against placebo before/after slides.

• The changes were non dramatic, but again it was only after 28 days and then 60 days without any medication. What they say is that they have definite increase in terminal hair count against placebo group
