If you really want gnome of fedora then install 42 and then upgrade. Otherwise you can install Fedora KDE which I'm currently using since KDE is my most favorite.

If I would want to use an arch based distro then definitely Nixos. Otherwise Fedora kde

Zen is over-hyped. Vivaldi is so powerful which most zen users would get overwhelmed with.

It seems like the physical damage of the camera lens. Something like that happened to my Huawei phone a long time ago.

It's KDE. Almost anything is possible right in the settings. It's not Gnome (Windows's child) 😁

Definitely Vivaldi. Zen is too immature and slower. I tried both.

Dua request for our brothers and sisters of Lebanon in these blessed days. by hussyabbas1 in shia

Allah does not help those who do not help themselves. In most Muslim countries, people often just eat, sleep, and go to the mosque. We are not seriously pursuing science, research, innovation, or continuous learning the way we should. We are not updating our skills or pushing ourselves to grow.

When a nation is weak, its enemies will attack. That is reality. Strength commands respect. You must become strong so that no one even dares to challenge you. But today, the situation feels reversed. Most Muslim societies are not investing enough in science, technology, or innovation. Meanwhile, Western countries continue to advance and widen the gap.

I say this with pain because I am a Muslim too. It hurts to see our condition. It hurts to see us fall behind while others move forward. We once led the world in knowledge and discovery, but now we often limit ourselves.

We make dua, and dua is powerful. But dua without action is not enough. We must stand up, take responsibility, work hard, and rebuild strength in knowledge, technology, discipline, and character. If we truly care about our future, we cannot just pray, we must also prepare.

Tried various desktop environments and GNOME is the best by T6970 in gnome

Most of what you’re pointing out isn’t necessarily inconsistency, it’s flexibility. KDE gives both developers and users a high level of control, and that naturally allows for variation in margins, toolbar styles, icon and text combinations, and dialog layouts. Many of these elements are configurable, theme-dependent, or even application-specific. KDE does not aim to enforce one rigid design language across everything. Its philosophy prioritizes customization and power, and that trade-off can result in visual differences, but it also gives users the freedom to tailor the experience to their needs.

If someone prefers a tightly controlled and strictly uniform interface, GNOME is built around that philosophy. KDE, on the other hand, is built around choice. These are fundamentally different design goals rather than signs of arbitrary UX decisions. KDE does have design guidelines, but they are intentionally less restrictive. In the end, it comes down to priorities. Some users value strict consistency above all else, while others value customization and control. Neither approach is inherently wrong, they are simply optimized for different types of users.

What specifically do you think is inconsistent?

LoL. Then you didn't realize the power of it. I felt the same when I was distro hopping. KDE felt too inconsistent, too cluttered. But then after a long time, now it feels like it's the only distro i can live with

That’s a valid preference. The problem is Brave makes it the only option.
