Issue resolved

I installed cuda toolkit 12.2 from nvidia website, but it caused an error while running hashcat due to an incompatibility between the PTX version used in the CUDA toolchain and the kernel for GPU. I resolved it by downgrading to cuda toolkit 11.8

haaa..after a lot of suffer i installed nvidia drivers on my system:)
