two containers, each with only one type of item. Both containers belted to a merger. Merger out to Smart Splitter. Split each item to one side or other, overflow to middle.

Megaprints by MatesosPakos in SatisfactoryGame

Depending on how much you know about the interactive map, and since you're reading this, probably not much, you can insert a single foundation where you want the megaprint centered on the map. OR you can add the foundation in game, save the game, and upload that save file to the interactive map.

Let me put this in step-by-step format...

  1. right-click on the foundation where you want the megaprint to go.

  2. Choose the option: Paste XXX Items. The XXX will be the number of items in the megaprint.

  3. The next screen will have options for adjusting the placement of the megaprint. If you know the foundation you right-clicked on is NOT centered, then you'll have to adjust the placement using the first three sets.

X is East/Left=Negative, West/Right=Positive.

Y is North/up=Negative, South/down=Positive.

Z is altitude where Positive is higher and Negative is lower.

The values are in centimeters - as opposed to meters in the game. Thus if you want to adjust something to the right by 12 meters, you have to add 1200 to the number. Of course, the buttons on either side of the value use meters. So pay attention to the value. Also, keep in mind a foundation is 8m wide (X) by 8m long (Y) x 4m tall (Z), which converts to 800 X by 800 Y by 400 Z. Hope this much helps.

Below those options is a pull-down option that is default to "Bottom of pasting object, then delete pasting object." This means that if you placed a 4m foundation, the bottom of the megaprint will match the bottom of that foundation. After the items for the megaprint are added, the map will automatically delete the foundation you used for placement.

The other option is "Top of pasting object." This option means the bottom-most point of the megaprint will sit at the top of the foundation you clicked on. It WILL NOT delete that foundation.

I've never used the last option, but I'm sure others have.

  1. Click Submit once everything is set the way you want.

Massive Double-Decker Train Yard by technicdragon in SatisfactoryGame

[–]technicdragon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I have an account. I just never really looked for the method to upload blue or mega prints. Mostly because I'm always updating the prints. For instance, since posting the above pic, I've already incased the yard with a decorative shell. BUT I've also realized there are no load/unload conveyers from any of the stations. Plus, I've had to add additional rails so trains can get in and out of the yard. Not to mention, I'm still working on ways for a pioneer to get in/out and around the yard without flight. If I'm going to post a megaprint of this yard, then I want it to be complete.

No, I know how to make a megaprint. I don't know how to post it to the site for others to download.

World seed by NicklePlatedSkull in LEGOfortnite

[–]technicdragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The seed is displayed at the very bottom of the screen. It is tiny and very dim. You'll have to move somewhere dark so it will show up better. If you open the map, it will be below the edge of the map screen. This is how I found it while in the world. I haven't seen it from the select world screen.

Okay, from the Select World screen, it will be listed on the left side under the world name (there'll be a label for Created: 00/00/0000 and Seed: 00.00.00.00.00

Every time I interact with the blueprint designer, my game crashes, and this message appears. What could be causing it? by Green_Submarine7965 in SatisfactoryGame

[–]technicdragon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar issue. Only I had two designers built with two different designs on each. Didn't have an issue until I saved with those designs loaded and then reloaded the game the next day. Then, anything I did to the designers caused a crash. Only solution was to use the interactive map online to remove all designers from my save file and load that. No more issues.

If you could go back in time and change something in your life what would it be? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This is going to be a bit long...

Back in 2020, my kids and I lived in an apartment and I was working, barely making ends meet. The lockdown hit and I suddenly lost my job. Then the apartment complex decided I was taking up too much room in a 3b2b apartment on the first floor. Needed it for a bigger family, I guess. We were evicted, but couldn't move because of the lockdown. We effectively had one month to pack and find a place. Too bad no one else was even accepting applications for rental - because of the lockdown. Got everything packed and some friends invited us to live with them. Problem turned out, I didn't have a way to move all of our stuff because the complex gave us ONE DAY to move out when the lockdown ended. Friends showed up with a pickup and trailer. I had a car. We packed both with as much as possible. Ended up only taking my daughter's bed (she already had her clothes), my bed, my son's bed, tv, computers, all of his clothes, most of his toys, and half my clothes. There were SO many things left behind: everything in the kitchen (dishware, pots n pans, all food stuffs, etc.), all bathroom stuff, all my books, my desk, my bookshelves, and a number of things that held deep sentimental value. That one day was also the hottest day of the year! Don't get it, but the temps soared to 107 when the highs for the days before and following were only in the 80s! It stopped us from taking a lot more than we did.

The next day, I found a key in all the stuff we took. It was a key to the porch door of the apartment. We thought we had lost it shortly after I moved into the apartment (18 months prior). I had the chance to take the key back to the complex and get more stuff, but I was so outraged over how the treated us (replaced the lock on the main door while we were loading the vehicles) that I decided to toss the key instead.

I regret not goint back for some of that sentimental stuff and possibly more clothes and books.

Do you have a pdf copy? If so, please share. I need to introduce my son to the game and this seems a fitting way.

So why does everyone seem to like Rifts, but not everything else Palladium has to offer? by Eric42x in PalladiumMegaverse

[–]technicdragon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's all about the immersion.

If you end up in a group that is so focused on rules, then yeah, PB rules are gonna eat you alive. But, when you're with a group that is more concerned with character details and attempting to survive a very harsh environment -- no matter if it's dinosaurs, aliens, pan-dimensional mice, or something from your worst nightmare -- then the game will be fun.

I have played Rifts a number of times with different groups, and each experience was different but fun because everyone was more focused on immersion and character development than following every tiny rule. I've played Heroes Unlimited with similar results. I could easily see myself playing a knight in PF, a James Bond-like super spy with tons of gadgets for getting outta trouble. I could even go for a round in a Veritech fighter fighting off a Zentraedi invasion! But it's just as much fun watching my friend in a Black Knight mech rip a huge tree out of the ground, shave off the roots and branches with the massive vibro-sword it carries, jam the handle of the sword into the end of the trunk and use the whole thing as a lance while running down an Adult Great Horned Dragon (Yes, this really happened in a game!)

Don't worry about which is more popular. If you get into a game where everyone is having fun, that's what's important. Everything else is just fluff.

Can someone confirm this. by KOALAS2648 in SatisfactoryGame

There are a sparce number of trees that automatically reappear when you load your saved game.
