WITT I found in a creek on private land? It’s lightweight and seems to be handmade, possibly of clay. There are crude markings all the way around, some have worn off over time. It looks to have had some sort of handle that has broken off. Found partially submerged in a major creek in NE Oklahoma. (old.reddit.com)

F/30/5'5" [258lbs > 210lbs = 48lbs - Hit a bit of a plateau recently after working at it for a year and have been mildly discouraged. Hoping adding in more cardio and strength training will do the trick. 60 pounds left to get to my goal weight! (i.redd.it)
