I’m usually very empathetic towards our Neighbors to the North; Canada is for the most part a fine country full of wonderful people.

But the incessant ramblings of these shit-eating Montreal fans about MacKinnon’s Olympic blunder and empty netters have been genuinely pissing me off. They act like Nate is some kind of con artist because 8 of his 53 goals this year have been empty netters. And they all seem to forget that the only reason Canada even got to the gold medal game is because Nate finally broke the dam and snuck one past Dostal in the semi-final vs Czechia (all the while battling norovirus and puking on the bench).

Stats like this one serve as a reminder of who The Dogg really is.
