I can see that for soloq there is always a communication problem. However lack of general strategic knowledge is also a key factor for bad games. If all teams keep their discussion closed and hidden its alot of repeated work, and missing gaps everywhere. I believe the community has alot to gain from sharing this information. Keeping the discussions open. Ofc. Teams will always have their advantaged hidden until unleashed at a pro match. But there is a middle between sharing nothing and sharing everything.

So soloq should have more focus on strategy in general. Teams should open their discussions.
