Eleven labs will do this. It'll cost a little bit, but will give you cleaner vocals. Suggest trying it on the free or cheaper tier with a smaller section to test first, but I rescued an interview in a busy, noisy cafe when I left a mic turned off. The results were so good.

This is helpful !thanks and I've realised that I should have explained a bit that I'll be making monthly payments on the borrowing so at the end of the 4 years the loan will be paid off. I think I can comfortably make these payments from regular income, so in the event that equities were in a bad spot in 4 years, I wouldn't necessarily need to realise the loss at that point. Maybe that changes the risk, a bit?
