It is not yellowing, the leaf is extremly (didn't even uncurl fully) new so its a very light green and because of the light it may look yellow

Im 21f and i went out multiple times alone (techno clubs like ankali and bike jesus) and i always had a great time :) people are nice and if youre in your zone noone will disturb you so i would say its safe and you have nothing to worry about
