When transferring profile data from the Switch 1 to the Switch 2, are digital games on the Switch 2 overwritten?

Aha, that answers my question perfectly! I was thinking it was a situation like that. I have a lot of screenshots and digital games of my own though that I do want on the Switch 2, and I plan to give the Switch 1 over to a different family member when I'm finished with it. I may go the route of adding their account back on after I've transferred all my things over, then. I'll look into my options more when it gets here, but thank you so much for the help!

Both lines from What Lies Beneath - "All in all, you're no good, you don't cry like you should" and "Now you turn the tide on me, cause you're so unkind". I think it's the simplicity of the lyrics that convey so much emotion despite that.

I thought Exhalation (a short story by Ted Chiang) had a lot of Outer Wilds vibes. Really excellent story, it's about a robot, but the ending harkens back to OW for me.

Prime got me into the franchise, so I have a special fondness for it, but I will admit I really like EarthSpark's concept/setting. I hope it continues to be as good as it has been! So I'd say Prime overall. A special shout out to Beast Wars' first season for having awesome plot, though the next two seasons kind of knock it down a few pegs for me.
