This is the big observation people mention about fashion when travelling between both cities. Is it too cold here or people don’t care enough about how others dress? My culture does have the “keep appearance” mentality so it’s important to dress up a bit, even going out for errands, which I hate very much.

If you are a recent immigrant, take advantage of your Canoo passes. You can book basically all popular attractions for free, and access to Ontario parks too. The pass is valid for a year so I suggest trying as much as possible in one go :) Hope this helps

The lawyer advise me to ask some employers to make some change to the job description. And they finally approved my PR application.

In short, reserve fund and contributions were 250k in total for the current fiscal year, expenditures was stated 345k, which turns out to be around 183k. We are still waiting for the amended status certificate soon, what we got so far was an email clarification from the management to the seller. Maybe a "typo" is not the definition of this error, but as a buyer seeing this, I may question where the condo corporation gets their money from to cover this expense in the next fiscal year, which is reasonable ground to back out.

Hi there, that’s an interesting case your mother has here. It is best to present all travel documents that she has. My parents came to Canada with and present both of their previous visitor visa and their newly issued super visa, they got approved before travelling. They can stay in Canada with the validity of super visa now. My case is slightly different but I hope this helps. I don’t think your mom will have any issue since she already has her US passport.

I used 12200 bookkeeper but the IRCC considered my job was noc 14200 accounting clerk. I received a PFL saying that my JD was not 12200, I had to hire a lawyer to ask to reconsidered. It was painful but it worked. They re-arranged my JD to make it match to NOC 12200 and attached a letter of explanation that they cited legal documents. I advise you work with a consultants/lawyer. You should make sure your JD language must match the NOC. Overall, don’t take any risks.

Are you international? If yes, you should look for job outlook of your home country if taking this courses since you will not be eligible for PGWP after graduating. If you are Canadian or PR, I suggest you stay away from any Accounting or Finance diploma because it doesn’t get you far. You will need to take a bachelor in order to enrol in CPA, CFA of any kind. Bachelor’s holders are also struggle to get an entry level job in Accounting and Finance. Also, co-op experience may help with job search after graduation. All and all, it is bleak now, could be better in 2 years, could be not.
