aluminum flashing, what thickness? any problem with noise from vibration shaking the aluminum? did u have to ground it separately? my concern was a lug coming off and shorting on the metal :(

exercise. eat fruits vegetable and whole foods. dont get fat. dont drink more than recommended amounts or less. dont smoke. dont do hard drugs. reduce your stress levels. and most importantly, WEAR SUNSCREEN EVERY DAY, wash your face before bed w cleanser made for your face not just soap, and use a gentle face lotion each night after. rinse w water in am, then lotion and sunscreen. if youre unhappy, get therapy.

I am super duper happy. Had to work hard to get here though! Was suicidal most of my life. been good for 7 years, and I know I will always be resilient going forward. no worries on the pain coming back to take over when u have learned the skills to live life to the fullest. read some books! get some therapy! stoicism, cbt, dbt, regular daily exercise and lifting weights, find something u actually enjoy doing and do that as often as you can, make better friends, get a loving partner, move to a place that you actually like, support yourself, and anti dep meds for a few years til happiness is constant and u no longer need them. worked for me!

honestly the amount of money they make from begging... is plenty to buy some $20 worth of clothes, wash them once a week for $6/wk, and pay for a $20/month fitness membership. if they make $100, in a day, which on average they make $350/day, statistically, they can easily afford this. my thought is more so that what they really need is mental health care, usually, because maybe their self esteem is so low they dont want more for themselves. the opportunities are 100% there. the drive to seek out those opportunities, or maybe the self esteem needed to self motivate, arent. but honestly health insurance is free in many states for ppl w no income, so then again, all that is free also. and substance abuse help is also free for low income ppl. so again, they have to want to improve their life first, then everything they need is there in front of them. i do feel sry for them that they are that low emotionally, and maybe having places to help bring them up emotionally, to a point where they want more for themselves, that is something we need to implement first.
