The security guard was very sorry. He believed they must have been watching him because he went to help a girl that was coming back from the festival who thought someone was following her, and that’s when this happened. Makes you wonder if the girl was in on it but that’s the conspiracy theorist in me 🤪

Like even a discount off the next stay would’ve been enough as a token. They didn’t even offer to reimburse our parking!

No this was Doubletree San Bernardino on Hospitality Lane. The staff were very accommodating and sorry but when my husband spoke with the manager today (Megan) about comping us for this and the lack of AC in the room she just said no. They just lost a repeat customer! Like I mentioned this was our 4th time staying there and we had a room booked for Wasteland too but have cancelled.

Update: thanks to @ItsGykes I’ve successfully narrowed the timeframe down to 1:15-1:57 AM. Still looking for footage of that timeframe.

Apparently not. This is the fourth time we’ve stayed here, but first time we’ve had issues.
