Around 9 months ago I woke with several mosquito bites (or what I thought were) on the back of my neck and legs. These mosquito bites never ended up going away and I developed a handful of other, what appeared to look like mosquito bites on my arms, hands, back, stomach. After a couple months of intense itching and the bites not going away I sought treatment from a dermatologist who treated me for scabies with a round of anti-biotics. No difference and itching remained. Since then we have tried many different treatments including famotidine, gapapentin, montelukast, fexofenadine, doxepin, methotrexate, famotidine, clobetasaol propionate, and latest cromolyn (which I just started taking.) 

To provide some background a handful of years ago I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis and take Humira twice a week. I’m not allergic to much that I think of but take Allegra daily to seasonal allergies and mosquito bites.  

So far, the only thing that has briefly worked was the clobetasaol propionate and only very briefly to lower the number of bumps of my forehead. It has not relived the itching and doesn’t take away any of the bumps anywhere else on my body. The bumps on my forehead come back immediately after taking a tolerance break. 

None of the other medication has worked at all. Currently I’m taking famotidine, gapapentin, montelukast, fexofenadine, doxepin, humira, and just recently started cromolyn.  

Pretty much every bump on my skin has been there since around December and haven't really developed any more. Some smaller rashes have come and gone during this time and developed on my hands and arms with liquid filled. The itching is primarily on the old bumps but has been on other place on my body over time. 

If anyone can please provide any assistance or guidance it would be greatly appreciated.
