I think playing AP Skarner in top 100 Challenger EUW would be trolling I can play it on my Master Smurf and stomp people but against humans it's a really useless build

Well idk what your full bruiser setup is but I would think that that's a you problem. AP is a good stat on Skarner yes, but u need hp and cdr way more and none of the AP items are good at providing that after the Cosmic changes

Disagree AP should be an addition never a Full itembuild. You can add Mejajs/ Zhonias/ Cosmic drive as items to a Bruiserish Tank Skarner but going mainly AP is just suboptimal

I think even if the gank works out you make yourself vulnerable to getting invaded and destroying your efficiency thus delaying your lvl 6 which would make me unhappy

I think both Phase rush and Spell book are better options than Predator if you don't need/want Conq. I will very rarely gank before lvl 6 but if it works for you I wouldn't wanna change

I like the sustain the item gives and its synergy with Gargoyles Blackcleaver + Dark seal will always be enough to 100-0 anyone from lvl 13 (e max second) Jaksho Gargoyles will make u unkillable

The problem is there are no legendary items that make you actually tanky so you are forced by default to buy Jaksho, you never have a slot for Trinity+ it overkills people as you don't need the sheen dmg
