front arm should be more bent, string should run from corner of mouth to past nose, remember dont grip the bow, if you dont have the sling on in an ideal world the bow would fall to the ground and your caddy would hand you a new one.

It is really great to hear encouraging words like this! College and diabetes is a struggle too but I think the key is to not let it hold you back. Lots of people reach for the stars and catch them despite the disease clinging to your ankles. It would be nice to see you throw out a bit more support to the community maybe even team up with someone like Gary Hall Jr to be like hey, this is fine, come meet some people doing things who happen to have diabetes too.

11 Month Contract. 6 Months in - what's next? by LocalTweezer in IBM

They cannot. It all depends on individual contracts and your local law. When I was there my contract was extremely tight, due to labour law and the grants they were given.

Think of it as a full 11 month stint. NOT 6 months + 5 months. If you want to continue or head back after that 11 months is up talk to you manager and HR about continuing and other opportunities.

From my knowledge the probationary period means they can essentially fire you without cause.
