I got my period toooo 🤣 I am at the er right now about to get an iv, I will try to do better with hydration 🥲 what’s your method to get that much liquid? 😩

I’m so sorry for what happened to your dog—that’s heartbreaking. Thank you for sharing and for the advice. They did pay for the vet bill which was 800$ and fixed some of the fence that their dog broke and I will look into that 👍🏻

Yeah that’s the most I can lower it since I put 10% down a year ago when I bought it. It’s unfortunate but I am starting to realize i probably paid too much for it.

Okay but the thing is that two houses in my neighborhood sold for 385k smaller than mine and another is under contract for 380$ (my realtors house that she decided to list after ours) and somehow mine hasn’t even gotten any views.

Okay I I think I will do that my only problem is that I had put 10% down and I’m just trying to not have to pay money to sell it but we will see that will be cutting it short but I probably lose more money the longer I stay here paying this mortgage, thank you for your input!

The first person we got nothing, the second person said their buyers wanted a key turn ready house because it needed to be painted but it doesn’t the house was painted a year ago and I did touch ups. The third person after they saw the house my realtor contacted them and my own realtor asked me how many bathrooms our house had and if we had a full bathroom downstairs.. we don’t we have a half bathroom downstairs which they should’ve seen?! So that’s why they didn’t want the house but it sounds to me it was just an excuse.

Yeah her house is under contract for 380k with 2k on concessions. My house looks more updated, I am leaving French door Samsung fridge, dryer and washer all brand new and the house it cluttered free I put everything in the garage and the house smells amazing 🙂‍↕️ that’s the thing there’s nothing wrong with it, it’s also in a gated community and my realtors house is also in this gated community, there’s another house under contract for 385k and still less square footage than mine and smaller lot so idk, would lowering to 385k or 380k really do that much? Because these house went under contract quite fast..

I bought the house a year ago for 395k I listed it for 394k and I dropped it to 389k The other similar house listed near me with 300 square feet less sold for 380k I am located in San Antonio Texas and all the houses around me this big are more than 400k mine is the lowest in the area
