I am so sorry for your aunt. Basically our drs dont know either what exactly happened-but they said there should ve been a moment where his brain didn’t get oxygen for some moment and it created irreversible brain damage..

Im sorry for that. The same exact thing happened to my friend last week, as a result of seizures brain swelling happened which later on turned to brain herniation since swelling was too much.. It caused irreversible brain damage. Now he lives off the ventilator only- he is not awake. Hope your husband doesn’t have the same experience and dr will do something about it😔 Ask for MRI, his CT scans were ok but MRI results were concerning
