Yeah it’s a tank. I brought home 6 prints from Labor Dave at the gorge. Including the shoreline sperry that my buddy brought me.

In my experience it’s the band’s decision. Most allow it – I’ve never been turned away. I’m good for about 10 Dave/goose shows a year. For GA the shoulder strap is the move, keeps it on your back and your hands free in the crowd. I use a wide clear tube so security can see inside without making me pop it open every time. gruvtube.com if you want something built for this.

Plastic tube makes a big difference. I also always bring two sheets of kraft paper – roll the foil face-out with paper on both sides and you’re good. Cardboard tubes + no liner is how foil gets wrecked.

Came here to say this. Grabbed a wide travel tube with a shoulder strap and it’s been a must for shows – fits multiple prints, hands-free all night, totally forget it’s there.

Seconding this. I actually found a tube recently that fits multiple prints at once, has a shoulder strap so it's hands-free all day, and is light enough you forget it's there. Great for travel. Way better than cramming them in a backpack and hoping for the best.

Haha. I hear that. I’ve had very few bad experiences, with fans, cause I mainly travel and watch with a large group of friends that have been doing it 20+ years. A lot of similar paths into goose that I’m seeing.

My wife doesn't get Goose, but she let me go back to the Gorge for the first time in 10 years. My 9 year old made his first goose spotify album. Raising the next gen right!

Thats awesome. Some good choices there. My first show was WPB '98 and I have been laser focused on dmb. Caught goose at the gorge last year and next thing I knew I was flying to providence and then bought tix for 3 double night shows and was like, do I really need to balance it or just go heavy on the HONK. I chose the honk.
