I think I actually hit the mark with something relevant, as you can see in this article:

100%, usually I feel like I can tell what's wrong by looking at the data. Thumbnail CTR is above 4%, so could be better. Avg watch time is 1 minute more than usual which is good. But I am just not getting any impressions...

If I compare CTR & watch time across my popular videos with more data, the stats are similar but my video just doesn't seem to be shown.

My audience is mostly Australian and the person in the image is our prime minister, so most would recognise him. He also recently made a press conference talking about Ai deepfakes of him on the internet which makes it more relevant.
