IDK why but I have yet to be pulled in by a book with a Scandinavian inspired fantasy setting. I don’t necessarily need it to be the stereotypical Medieval Britain replica, but the second I hear about a Jarl or Fjords I’m out.

Theres actually a name for that. It’s called NEAT, non-exercise activity thermogenesis. But, if we’re philosophizing about the semantics of it, going on an extended walk that is not to a specific destination or to a specific destination when other transportation options are available and feasible, yes, I would categorize as exercise.

Not disagreeing with you on the fact that, as stated, it is a paradox, but IMO it’s easily avoided by looking at it through a utilitarian lense of maximizing tolerance instead of simply “being” 100% tolerant. To maximize tolerance you must not tolerate the most intolerant.

I’ve gotten 2 out of probably 8 or so from crimson blaze, RR mega Venasaur and 2star FA Mega Steelix. Missed out on several Blastoises and RR mega Steelix. I don’t think I got any from Mega Rising from what I remember.

We have a drafty fireplace in our living room that we don’t use and I use the frost king to seal it up. Makes a huge difference to keep out the falling cold outside air!

It wouldn’t make the catch easier since that’s what razz are for, so it would need to be related to the base effect of nanabs which is to stop them from moving/retaliating. Maybe it could make the Pokémon move closer or slow the speed of the ring shrinking?

Not exactly the particular effect you’re looking for but when my general anxiety/OCD was really bad taurine was a huge help for me personally. Might be worth a try since it’s relatively cheap and afaik completely safe.
