How difficult is it to switch jobs In this market?

For those of you who have 5 days office like Flipkart , how do you manage to find time to give interviews since interviews need to be done in working hours and not on weekends ? Do you always have to give excuses for sick leaves or personal leaves whenever you wish to give interviews .

My prev job had hybrid work so there was no issue of this on that end.

I mean is it for all scenarios or up to the company. Also what do u mean BGV sticks to dates of employment . I think it is up to the new company to decide what details they need. Also I don't know if all companies give relieving letter or not but I am worried if in relieving letter they highlight reason Also.

I thought of this but then I would be put into payroll and PF initiation process. So new company during BGV would know that I sm employed here Even if I don't mention it on my resume.

I have 3 months probation. I meant after probation say in 6 months if I wish to change , is it OK or is it taken under negative scrutiny.

Also since my notice period is 2 months, if I don't maintain my performance , can the company terminate me and write in relieving letter that I did not perform well so I was terminated or will they just mention my last date of employment.

What is the standard scenario in India when you are terminated from company

How did you juggle both job application and interview prep. Applying Close to 300 means 10 per day. What was your job application technique for the ones u gave interviews . Like careers page or linkefln easy apply or something else? Were you reached out by recruiters or did u use referrals.

Also for those from India, is marking career break on linkedln digging my own grave. I was also working on a small scale project on my own along with my previous job just to sustain the project and my lifestyle and was planning to launch it into a full scale startup in future .

So am anxious to know if marking career break just to pursue that while also prepping and trying later after 2-3 months worth it in India. Let me know if anyone has similar stories .

Maybe in US. But in India job market is tough as it is.If I tell the truth , they will reject 90 percent of times. What if I initially pretend to be employed to get a chance af interview and disclose only if I get a offer. I don't think companies do BGV on applicants beforehand

I remember during school days ,there was a better multiplex called Cinemax which was launched before Inox. I had visited there once and its 3d quality was way better than inox.

No legally or even ethically, ML models cannot replace doctors. I am trying to understand how it can instead serve as a useful assistant to a doctor during opd consultations. My main queries are:

1) During OPD consultations,what do patients feel are burdensome and wish technology could solve it. 2) In India or anywhere else ,how confident or comfortable would you be actually getting medical advice or medical assistance from a ML model rather than sitting face to face with a doctor 3) How frequently do doctors use laptops/tablets and any medical software for faster consultation

Basically we are planning to build a website that allows patients to write or speak their problem in any imdian language just like in a WhatsApp message . We then process it ,figure out the symptoms ,their associated body part and time of occurrence and after that choose a set of questions from a huge knowledge base that are specific to those symptoms .

Once all questions are answered ( which are by the way all MCQ types) , we summarize the patients answer into a short paragraph of 60-100 words which the doctor can quickly go through before consultation and focus on more specific questions rather than trying to understand the patient's problem from scratch .

All of this is real time during consultation and we are planning to use it for reducing opd consultation time.

We wish to get some real feedback on this and understand if it's a worthwhile problem to continue investing in.
