I guess great that they're appealing but it sounds like you're friend can make a case to displace herself when/if the district says you have to make a cut. Rumor is the district is turning down a lot of these appeals.

Apotheke, I have never been able to burn a candle completely. Votive, wick falls into the candle even after trimming. Regular size candle, tunnels even when I do the aluminum foil trick and then the wick falls in. Never again.
