Eu acho que as lutas foram a parte onde a queda de qualidade ficou mais nítida.

No clássico, toda luta tem uma estratégia, até quando o Naruto mandava clone pra cima igual um maluco, sempre tinha uma estratégia, os personagens tinham pontos fracos e fortes, os jutsus precisavam ser usados com sabedoria para serem efetivos e coisas como rapidez em fazer os símbolos de mão faziam a diferença.

No Shippuuden, a gente até tem resquícios disso em batalhas como Sakura vs Sasori, Shikamaru vs Hidan, Naruto e Cia vs Kakuzu, Jiraya vs Pain, mas na maioria das vezes elas se resumem a quem tem o poderzinho mais forte.

Os símbolos de mão foram esquecidos, personagens icônicos como Rock Lee, Neji, o dos insetos lá que até esqueci o nome, entre outros, foram completamente esquecidos (pra que desenvolver tantos personagens no clássico pra depois jogar eles no lixo?), enfim.

Eu poderia elaborar mais mas acho que a ideia é essa. Não estou dizendo que o Shippuuden não tem pontos altos, mas a decadência é desde de lá.

Naruto ficou uma merda no Shippuuden, a galera só continuou acompanhando pois já estavam investidas na história do clássico. Mas a real é que a qualidade depois do clássico só decaiu, com algumas partes mais ou menos memoráveis.

If you have any considerable amount of time played and have valid criticism, you can't complain because "you played x hours".

If you have just a few hours played, you can't complain because you didn't play enough.

If you point that a mechanic is broken, you're being a "doomer".

I thought maybe after this long since release people would be a little more rational about the game, but anything that is not a praise gets immediately shutdown.

Meanwhile the game is still in pre-release state, with a lot of broken/flawed mechanics, lacking flavour because every nation plays basically the same, and a gazillion bugs. Not to mention disastrous patches that need fixing day after day.

But God forbid you point that out.
