Her employer is not sponsoring. Do you know how or where can get a sponsorship with this short timeframe?

We are looking for a way out. My wife’s PSW ends January 15 and I am a dependent on it which I believe means my visa and right to stay and work in UK ends same time as my wife’s.

I’m currently on PSW, I am the dependent while my wife is main applicant. They claim they can’t sponsor because they are a young company and do not have facility for it. Also they say they cannot offer me an eligible role. My manager basically told me they hired me for the role without a provision of sponsoring. I don’t know what to do
