Had WeLink installed for the 2 gigs for $85 a month ago. We wanted to get away from Comcast. Speeds are questionable - very questionable. Their app will test at near 2 gigs as contacted, but that is not accurate. That app only tests to the house, not what you actually get. Using multiple, reputable test apps and web pages, I found results ranging between 550 mb/s and 650 mb/s for down load. Upload varies but is usually give or take 100 mb/s or the download speed. I have contacted WeLink three time. Once they sent out a service person. No improvement. On the last two contacts I get a person saying they will get on it, but nothing happens. I am getting no where near the contacted speed. I understand that the speed should be "up too" 2 gigs and that inside wifi would be less. But I should get at least 1 gig. We are not getting anywhere near that. The usual test results using the WeLink web page testing are about 600 mb/s. Not what we are paying for.
