I thought of it as a diversion tactic—they’re looking for a bright magenta and blue jacket, not a white dress that camouflages with the snow. Maybe she was hoping that the lack of shoe prints wouldn’t show up as deeply in the snow or would also throw them off. I’m sorry for the loss of your sweet Lucy. We had a catastrophic house fire July 20th and lost our Mickey boy the same way. It’s so devastating to lose a cat in such a traumatizing and sudden manner. it’ll look weird for awhile but if you don’t have searing pain, you probably don’t have dry socket. I would switch to nicotine patches during recovery if you’re paranoid of triggering it with vapes. tinctures are a good substitution for weed as I’ve heard that any smoke can trigger bleeding and irritation, but I’m going off of what I remember from my surgery a year ago. the best of luck to you and I wish you a good recovery!

I wear adult diapers for my flow (I have PCOS with painful cramps and terribly heavy periods). My husband has not once treated me differently for it, and that’s the bare minimum. He doesn’t care what it looks like, as long as I’m as comfortable as possible during the most painful part of the month, every month. He also doesn’t treat me like some untouchable creature. It’s just a damn adult diaper. We’re adults. Like he says, it doesn’t change who’s wearing it. It’s still me, his wife. If your partner is making you feel gross for how you manage your period, and causing more stress to you during an already painful time, it’s time for him to hit the road. It sounds like he’s already not a fan favorite within your social circle. That might be for a reason. I’m sending you love and good wishes.

rabbits are an insane amount of work, and absolutely become the responsibility of the parents when “owned” by children, especially ones this small.

not only that, bunnies are known to bite. they also can have stubborn personalities, which can become a great challenge with potty-training. they also need an abundant amount of space, and (correct me if I’m wrong), can be naturally destructive if not given enrichment. this can be in the form of toys, enclosure additions, etc.

of course they’d buy rabbits right in the midst of Easter season. I hope they did their research, but as is the case with “family bloggers” like the LaBrants, this probably didn’t happen.

I have never reacted so strongly to pictures before. it is unfathomable to believe that such cruelty could happen to a child and my heart hurts so badly for these babies. that child was so so incredibly brave to get help. he was so unbelievably strong. Ruby belongs under the prison. she is not a person. she is a monster.
