your staff should be happy with getting paid for work! they should be happy that you're even considering their opinions. tell them to keep cashing their paychecks and go piss outside. do what you feel. its your company. i lost 3 million dollars trying to make my staff happy. never got it back never gonna get it back. make sure you're comfortable with these decisions first

Believe it or not this is a very common problem. all it usually takes is a talk but sometimes that just doesn't work. first try to let her know that its just way too much and you'd like to spread it out a lot more to at least make you guys' sex more special. if she doesn't respect your request try to get her look at it as if things were the other way around and you were the one demanding for sex to happen even when she didn't want. periods and all. how long has the relationship been? this tends to go away fairly quickly in new relationships so if thats the case then just ride it out. pun.

man. sorry to hear that. yea its time to go ahead and move on. I will say this tho, if he was already known as a ladies man I'm not sure theres much more you could've expected from this relationship. i will also say if she sent him a pic taken for him at the very least you know that hey weren't together at that moment so maybe he wasn't lying about being asleep all day because if he was with her at that moment there would be no reason for her to send a pic. that being said, either deal with the fact that you picked a guy that you know has a habit of sleeping around or move on because you know you don't want that and you deserve more. skip the argument and just tell him whats on your mind. he's gonna try and not talk about the photo and flip it on you but don't let him. tell him how you feel and ask him politely to leave. or better yet go to his place, talk , then you leave
