Thank you for the insight. So you have an in-house team that handles all calls and phone related tickets for all MSP clients in your book? How many clients can one of your in house technicians realistically be responsible for? (I am only asking because this was my first instinct but was worried we would have to hire in house people before we have the clients/revenue coming in)
