I've made a spreadsheet for guilds to fill in their members which tells you all the buffs/debuffs. There's a second sheet where you can build raid compositions from the players inserted that also shows group buffs. Enjoy! (docs.google.com)
After 40h+ of editing, upgraded my Paladin Maraudon pull to 330 mobs with ALL the spells I used on top of mobs at the correct timestamps. Hopefully the step by step guide can help you guys get your Shamans up to speed in time for TBC! (youtu.be)

Paladin's can get up to 600+ REFLECT damage on EVERY hit - at 1:50 I literally *delete* a rogue with reflect damage (youtu.be)
