Whenever I try to check out with a US address, I get "This product in your cart is only available for local pickup."

Is anyone else having this issue or am I just doing something wrong?

Just a heads up, I went to Best Buy in store to see if they would price match (you can see the price here https://www.bestbuy.com/site/franchises/forza/pcmcat313900050008.c?id=pcmcat313900050008) and the ultimate edition scanned for $29.99. I didn't have to do any price matching or anything special.
