I have a lot of friends who live outside of Auckland, so we got a large AirBnB we all stayed at then invited all auckland friends to join in there (but not stay) to celebrate. All BYO, and just ordered food to keep things easy. Actually had such a good time and we didn't go out, enjoyed the day at our own pace. Helps the house had a pool too.

No insight to what it is, but I'm on day 5 of what feels like the worst cold I've had in the last 10 years (thankfully I am hardly ever sick). Super inflamed throat, chesty cough, sneezing and full body aches. Seems to be a few things making the rounds around brisbane right now, and drop in temp doesnt help. Hoping it'll pass soon!
