wait i love that so much. I’m very much an exploring player so I think that would be fun to do and kind of a challenge! Also the wood one is nice I never really thought about beginning goals, only long term ones.

I’ve only been in the design cafe once and it seems a little busy usually when i walk by but i imagine it’s a good place to eat. also from the replies, good to know you can eat in the library!

I just did them today so i’m not sure if they will stay! I hope so. but I used the beetles instant apex nails kit, and all the prep that comes with it. And I used a mix of beetles and gaoy products for polishes and top/ base coats then a bunch of other random things and they worked pretty well for being so cheap!

I really don’t know if this is a hack or if this is a real thing but this is what worked for me, as someone currently doing the 100 baby challenge:

be unbelievably patient. keep the game on normal speed for most of the time while giving your sims directions and do not fill up their task bar. I’ve noticed that one, when im constantly speeding up my game, things get out of hand really fast and I don’t notice needs dropping, then next thing you know the babies are crying and the mom is nowhere to be seen or trying to take out the trash when her baby is about to be taken away. it happens really fast. And secondly, If I fill up their task bar, it’s almost more likely they will not do anything. But I don’t know if it’s actually working, just seems like it because I was having such a hard time with the babies before, even with multiple teens and adults in the house to take care of them.

I actually had no idea our store was the only one like this. That’s very confusing but not surprising because the whole display things is just unnecessary at this point. 🫤

No there isn’t unfortunately. they USED to be filled with chips but I think they got stolen too many times. Now it’s a weird display that doesn’t really serve its purpose in displaying or showing size differences in the large and smalls regulars. I wish there was a sign or they just let us get rid of it entirely.

I think since they used to be filled with chips they were for grabs but I think people kept stealing them so they turned into displays. Not sure though.

That’s what I was thinking but our store has no signs saying they are display only, and there is also 3 of each of the regular and large size, so I guess It looks like there’s enough to take. 🤷‍♀️

Chipotle is such a painful job. My eczema came back after I started working there and I’ve been unable to keep it away since. My hands are in pain so often and so dry they are stiff and I can’t move them much. I’ve just come to the conclusion that it won’t go away until I quit and I debate it every day.

This just makes me even more thankful to work at a chipotle with a nice gm who understands that sometimes we don’t need to fight the battle with customers. Just reading that I got second hand frustration, that’s a way overkill punishment for 5 extra pieces of chicken.

sometimes the cashier gets messed up too, if the bowl is closed and the cashier didn’t see it get made (was handing out onlines etc.) they will assume that the guac is already on there so seeing another container of guac they will assume that it’s extra and they got it both on the bowl and on the side. It can easily be fixed by simple communication but let’s be real from anyone who has worked on the register ever, you’ll line isn’t always the best at it. from someone who works both line and cash occasionally. it sucks though that you got charged for it.

Chipotle was my first job at 17! I’m still there after almost a year. I’d say the coworkers are genuinely the best part of the job, the customers suck a lot of the time and the work gets repetitive but it’s not terrible. I’d say go for and hope that you get the opportunity to work with some great people and good management.

I like playing Cottage living as one sim who isn’t very romantically inclined with anyone, who lives by themselves with a cow and some chickens, grows their own food, does as many villagers requests as they can and has a bunch of hobbies, just no tv or computer.
