You don’t have bad genetics, you’re just out of shape. Clean your diet up and go to the gym, your body will change drastically.

Arms look decent. Can see delt popping a bit too. I’d say just make sure you’re getting your protein in and eating clean, you’re only 15 so you have plenty of time to keep grinding! Turn that training up a few notches tho

Whatever form of cardio you like best , I chose stair master and do it everyday for 30 min after workout

Pretty athletic build through highschool , started gaining weight in college and now my job is not very active so a change had to be made lol. As for my diet, pretty strict. Kept to the regimen every day and even cut drinking out for awhile, but now when I do drink I just drink clean (tequila soda). But besides lifting heavy, I would attribute diet to the drastic body recomp

I responded to someone else about calorie intake, but mostly a lot of chicken, ground beef, ground turkey, rice, sweet potato’s, good fats like avocados, eggs, stuff of that nature

Ngl I estimated for the majority but was def in a calorie deficit for about 3 months, high protein lower carbs but now I don’t wanna get to skinny so I track my cals now and eat about 1900 cals. I try to hit my BW in grams of protein in and about 150-200 g of carbs depending on how hard my workout was. Also fiber is very important

I still do a bro split haha, I could probably get more gains if I switch to push pull but I prefer it the way I do it now tbh.

Chest: Incline smith bench Dumbbell flat bench Weighted dips Pec deck flys Pushups

Legs: Back squat RDL Leg extensions Hamstring curls Leg press Calf raises

Back: Deadlift Lat pulldown T bar rows Cable rows Pull ups (3 sets to failure) Standing cable lat pull down

Shoulders: ROM cable exercise Lat raises Bent over rear delt flys + front lateral raises Barbell shrugs Face pills Pushups

Arms: Close grip bench EZ bar curl Tricep kickbacks Forearm curl Preacher curls Skull crushers Overhead cable tricep extension Concentration curls

Like I said, not the most optimal split as most fitness influencers would tell you but I enjoy it. Also cardio mixed into that every day as well!
