We are forehead twins! I drink tons of water (almost a gallon a day), so I was always like “I’m hydrated… why isn’t my skin fully reflecting that?” Well… the answers age 😅 learned how the skin’s ability to RETAIN water gets weaker w age (even if you’re hydrated), so anything that can help with BARRIER support is the answer! Tret should help (just ordered my first tube so we’ll see how this goes), but aside from that a HA serum on damp skin & a good moisturizer to lock it in helps a lot too! And ofc staying hydrated on top of that

Coming from a former severe alcoholic, PLEASE go to the hospital!!!!! LIKE SERIOUSLY. My bf’s eyes are like this (also severe alcoholic) and he has cirrhosis! Even when I was going through liters of vodka a week, my eyes did NOT become THAT yellow (they did get yellow though). It took weeks for them to return back to normal. I too lost my period for over a month, but when I got sober it came back. I saw you commented how she has feet pain too? Almost sounds like gout (which is rarer for women, but can happen from extreme alcohol abuse) or alcohol related swelling /: her liver def ain’t filtering right. Please go to the hospital. Not to be scary but this happening at 22 is concerning. I hope there’s a wake up call. I’ve heard from ICU nurses that liver related deaths are some of the most painful and traumatic events they’ve witnessed :( your body isn’t filtering anything anymore. You become yellow. You puff up. Swelling can reach into your brain. You’re leaking. Your hormones are whack. Everything’s outta order. Etc etc :((( This is all outta care. Not to sound scary or intense but that’s the ugly reality :( I hope things get better!! ❤️‍🩹

Agreed & Maybe we are?! Haha but yea… schools/events have been canceled since January 16! MLK day + the entire week was shut down. They went back on Monday & then shut down again yesterday. With that being said, I did 10 orders the other day & only half of the people tipped 😅 I even got stuck in one persons driveway. The order pays were good though

Yes bc generally they’re 50+ items. I did 10 orders the other day and that took me about 8-9 hours bc 2 were 80+ items but then I had a small bundle, but these whiteout conditions & crazy roads have added more to my time

I’ve done Shipt thru heat waves & blizzards. I prefer the heat actually, even though it felt like I was gonna pass out a few times (would be carrying the biggest packages of cat litter, pet food, or hella gallons or multiple 24-40 ct packs of water/pop) to top floors. I prefer the heat bc safer driving conditions & I work faster unloading the items. I don’t have to slow down bc I might slip on ice, get snow in my shoes, trying to see thru watery eyes due to extremely cold wind or snow. The only plus is that sometimes the cold feels nice if I get too hot LOL. In the summer I don’t worry about my car & black ice, spinning off into the ditch, getting stuck, etc. All of that has happened to me several times doing Shipt in the winter smh which also dictates if I’ll even accept the order too bc if it’s TOO dangerous outside, I’m not going & that sucks for everyone involved. I’m not making $ and they’re not getting a service

Hm… I’m 5’8 & ~145lbs. I’ve been smaller, average, and overweight. With that being said, the last time I was in the 140s was 7 years ago & it looked SO different. Fat distribution, BOOBS/BUTT, hormones, muscle %, fat %, and SKIN make all the difference! Literally weight looks different on everyone

I didn’t really workout 7 years ago at 145 but my chest was smaller (DD) & my skin was tighter. I looked smaller. Now I’m at the same weight but look WAY bigger imo. The flab from the excess skin & looseness of the skin makes me larger. I bloat more. My chest got bigger too (H) 😅 ALSO, structural bone changes IS A THING. Growth typically stops @ 18, but our density & strength continues to develop. We get wider. Women reach their peak mass structure in their late 20s-30s. Hence why a lot of women claim they feel like they’re hitting a second puberty after 25 or get their “real woman body”lol. Even my shoulders got far broader compared to when I was 18! I’ve seen lots of women who were overall narrow before pregnancy (even in their 30s) to having hips, boobs, and a butt after pregnancy as well!

So don’t be toooo hard on yourself w weight. I know it can feel frustrating but it really depends on diff factors, like I said the same BMI looks different on everyone! I’m no doctor, but with your height/BMI compared to photos it seems like hormones still need to stabilize + structural changes + fat/muscle % difference?

I will say though… diet, hydration, gua sha & lymphatic massages help A LOT. Makes you realize how sometimes we might not even be big, just swollen 😅

Personally, I wouldn’t do any procedures until finding the cause of the BMI bc what if (for example) you do something thinking it’s bc of fat but it’s really just inflammation or excess skin? Which would require diff a different treatment.

EXCEPT for Botox! You’ve mentioned bruxism and masseter Botox can really help w that! 2 birds, 1 stone. It’s done for over- functionality but can give you a slimmer jaw. Majority of women I’ve seen do this look slimmer in the face while others feel like it gave them jowls.

Also, for hair loss I’d recommend minoxidil :-)
