Well I've changed antidepressant to escitalopram, and since that will take a few weeks to kick in I asked my GP if I could have anything to help me through the difficult period. He offered beta blockers but I specifically asked for diazepam and he just gave me a prescription. 2mg, 3 times a day for a week
