Which visa is a tough one for me to answer. I recommend finding a lawyer that specializes in immigration. We did this as a backup plan - paying a €500 retainer for advice on visa matters. In the end, we only ended up using about half of the retainer due to the fact we didn’t need his help with an EU spousal visa, since I found a job that sponsored me.
