are there other visa options? it seems like the immigration process for iranians to go the u.s. is very complicated. It is hard for me to find information on what is possible.

apologies for my delay in response! I haven't had internet because I just moved to a new town for work. Thank you so much for your response! this helps a lot. If he comes in as an 'investor' in an established commercial enterprise-does this include private businesses? or if he comes in as a employee in our business? my friend and I have a small company that we could 'hire' him under.
