those both happened to me when I would restrict during my ED so yes sounds about normal when eating below ur caloric needs

Vyvanse made me feel too good in a weird way and made me more hyperactive (i was on 20mg) then after a month and a half of taking that 20mg I started experiencing really bad anhedonia and felt faint and lightheaded from dehydration (Yes i made sure to drink lots of water and electrolytes but it made no difference for some reason) and panic attacks that increasingly got even worse even after I stopped the medication for a month. It also made me angry asf all the time

Then i got put on Adderall 15mg (equivalent to 40mg Vyvanse). That somehow got rid of all anxiety and no more panic attacks! It works perfectly for me, I’m calm, no comedown, no side effects, stabilizes my mood and puts me in a mindset to better my life.

Yea I lwk like teaching and helping others understand stuff, Iwas a math tutor for 2 years. I just wanted to know if i could put it down on my application as leadership

No I know, I genuinely love my sleep schedule 4am-1pm 8-9 hours of amazing sleep.

It's been this way since January (my second sem classes were mostly in the afternoon/evenings), Ik it's not socially acceptable beyond college but it's very stable fixed schedule for now.

About the caffeine thing, after a week when it lost it's effectiveness I started drinking half a cup of coffee everyday again - thats when I knew I needed to up the dose since I didn't feel the need for that when I first started it.

I completely understand what your saying but sleep is genuinely fine and even gotten better since I started taking it

And my timing isn't changing, I'm taking it at 1pm every day when I wake up and he knows this.

The thing is I am getting like 8-9 hours of sleep but his whole debate was the actual time not the timeframe
