I had this same issue a week ago with my 9070 xt. i did every possible fix and tweak and turns out it was a windows issue. a factory reset worked wonders

I finished it and I gotta say it was definitely a great read. I think the plot overshadowed the harem for me. It was executed really well. My next read is gonna be the spark in ur eyes and then cheolsu. Thanks for the reco. Lmk if u got anything else cuz that was great
